Since I just received my comdata card from work, I am setting up direct deposit with my comdata card. After putting in my routing number and account number, it asks for my election per load amount. Would you please explain this to me? There is an option to use a percentage or a fixed amount, but I have no idea what election per load means.

Please ask work for the form you need to fill out if you want your money directly deposited into your bank account. People without bank accounts were offered the card. You already have one, so get your money deposited there.
You should know that some places, especially temp services, are a real pain in the neck and require comdata cards, whether you want a direct deposit or not.
