Drew Brees surpasses Tom Brady on the all-time touchdown passes list
The NFL has a few prestigious records pertaining to the passing game. These include passing yards, completions and touchdowns. Currently, Tom Brady holds most of the best, including the most completions, most passing yards, and most TD passes. Only a few quarterbacks in the league have reached this benchmark, however.
Drew Brees currently sits second on the all-time list of passing yards, and is just one touchdown behind Tom Brady. Brees has thrown 600 touchdown passes in his career. He is also the first QB in NFL history to throw two go-ahead touchdown passes in a playoff game.

Coronavirus patient’s blood is taken out
One of the more entertaining aspects of the coronavirus is the number of people who succumb to its ills. The lucky few are a rare breed indeed. A recent study from the CDC’s Center for Disease Control and Prevention suggests that the aforementioned victims are in need of more than just medical attention. This is a particularly poignant situation given the fact that many of the affected individuals are children of the parents, adolescent women, or older men and women who have yet to take the reins. Regardless of the individual’s sex, gender, or age, it is safe to say that a successful coronavirus infection can be a debilitating and frustrating rite of passage.
John Fawcett alleges that Larry Kudlow has used ethnic slurs and made sexually inappropriate comments
John Fawcett, an associate producer for Larry Kudlow’s show on the Fox Business Network, has filed a lawsuit against the network and its parent company, Fox News. In the suit, the plaintiff claims that the executive producer of the show tried to force him to resign.
Fawcett also says that he was discriminated against on the basis of gender. He claims that the female executive producer attempted to replace male staff members with women.
The complaint against the network also alleges that Kudlow made “sexually inappropriate” comments about women. Fawcett’s complaint, which was filed in New York Supreme Court, seeks unspecified damages.
Fawcett worked at the show for five months before it was canceled. When he joined the program, he said that he was subjected to “unwelcome attention” from on-air personalities. His complaint was dismissed by the show’s executive producer.
Jesse Watters expands his footprint at Fox News
If you’re a fan of Fox News, you’re probably aware of Jesse Watters’ rise to stardom. In addition to co-hosting the Fox News Channel’s “The Five,” he has expanded his responsibilities to include managing editor for the network’s Fox Nation.
The news channel has been busy making changes to its primetime lineup. For starters, Fox News is no longer the only cable news outlet in town. MSNBC is also reportedly signing a deal to keep host Rachel Maddow. Moreover, Shepard Smith is stepping down as the channel’s chief news anchor.
The network is also boosting its primetime offerings with a new gimmick, the Jesse Watters Primetime. This will premiere on Monday, January 24.
Amber Krycka returns to the Midwest as co-anchor of 25 News
Amber Krycka grew up in New Buffalo, Michigan. She earned a degree in journalism from Western Michigan University. Before landing a job at WJAX-WFOX in Jacksonville, Florida, she worked at KNOP-TV in North Platte, Nebraska. Now she’s back in the Midwest as co-anchor of 25 News.
In addition to reporting news and covering national events, she’s also a piano player. She’s a member of the church and participates in church activities. She loves outdoor activities and is a volunteer at a local nursing home.
Amber’s husband, Ken, is also a television journalist. He has worked for several stations in the Midwest, including WXIX in Cincinnati and WTVQ in Lexington, Kentucky
Shepard Smith leaves Fox News
Shepard Smith was one of the best news anchors of his generation. He was a staple on Fox News. During his time there, he anchored several major stories, including the 9/11 attacks, the War in Afghanistan, and the 2008 financial crisis.
Smith’s on-air critique of President Donald Trump has generated headlines. Smith has criticized the president, as well as other high-profile personalities on the network, such as Tucker Carlson and Andrew Napolitano. Earlier this week, Smith spoke with CNN’s Christiane Amanpour, where he described his experience on Fox.
During his time at the network, he signed a three-year contract extension. But after two weeks, he made an unscheduled exit.
